Attorney, former Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, and accredited mediator since 2003. Hannah graduated with distinction from Wits (LLB) after a B.Comm at UCT, added an LLM in Tax and postgraduate diplomas in financial planning and estate & trust administration, and spent her early career in corporate finance — including project-managing the listing of Satrix 40, South Africa’s first exchange-traded fund. She specialises in divorce and family mediation with complex financial aspects.

Gawie Malan

Co-founder & Director

Commercial lawyer, dealmaker and CEDR-trained commercial mediator. Over 25 years, Gawie has founded or co-founded five advisory and law firms — including Malan Scholes Inc. (mining and commercial law), CJM Corporate Advisers and Buyisela (advising BEE shareholders on value realisation in mining). His practice centres on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, investments and commercial mediation.
